The patented Volu-Matic III® Electric is designed for stationary installations. It has proven versatile and dependable in manufactured housing facilities as well as research and testing departments of major insulation manufacturers worldwide. The Volu-Matic III Electric has been engineered to provide years of quality performance with minimum maintenance. We are able to accommodate most voltage requirements.
The Volu-Matic III Electric features a complete electrical panel and two electric motors. One drives the positive displacement blower and one the mechanism. The results are fewer mechanical parts with easier maintenance and a stronger drive system.
The successful air-control system from our fiber spray machines has been incorporated into the Volu-Matic III. This system allows the operator to adjust the volume of air without decreasing the pressure capability.
