Unisul’s Multi-Matic™ wall spray system is revolutionizing the wall insulation industry. How? By integrating a system of three machines into one. The machine first sprays insulation into the wall cavity. The vacuum system then recovers the excess material and returns it to a holding hopper where it is metered into the new fiber. The combined fibers are then returned to the wall cavity.
The Multi-Matic system is a minimum two-man operation. Its rugged, reliable design allows them to spend their time spraying, not setting up and taking down excess equipment.
The Multi-Matic system will spray a standard 16-inch-wide by eight-foot-tall wall cavity in 20 seconds or less while still providing the yield recommended by the material manufacturer. These are proven production numbers, not fantasy. As a matter of fact, you can save half your time and labor costs in addition to giving your customers a quality job.
To complete the system, add the new Multi-Tank, a 250-gallon heated and insulated stainless steel water tank.
