Poly-Spray® C-500

The Poly-Spray^® C-500 fiber spraying machine series meets the most demanding needs of the professional commercial insulation and fireproofing contractor. The C-500 series features the new turbine feeder to provide better performance and smoother flow at the nozzle. These machines are powered by a single electric motor that drives the positive displacement blower and a hydraulic pump, which in turn powers a variable speed hydraulic feed system. The Poly-Spray C-500 series is easy to maintain, requiring only common tools. Two models are available depending on your production requirements: Poly-Spray C-540 (10 horsepower, 47 RAI blower) and the Poly-Spray C-570 (15 horsepower, 56 RAI blower).
